Baila Salsa!

Vamos el baile de salsa el próximo lunes, y aquí está alguna información. Hay seis clases de baile de salsa. El primero es la salsa cubana se llama "Casino". Tambien hay: Rueda de "Casino", Miami "Casino", Colombiano/Cali Salsa, Salsa de Nuevo York, y Salsa de Los Angeles. < Es el juego de piernas básico de Salsa. Soy emocionado para bailo salsa, porque me gusta mucha bailar, y me gusta la O Ultra Lounge y la musica latina. :)

José Feliciano – A Legend in Concert

José Feliciano is The Godfather of Latin music, a legendary icon -  the number one Latin international crossover star, has been awarded over forty-five Gold and Platinum records, has won seventeen Grammy Nominations and eight Grammy Awards and is in receipt of many other prestigious awards the world over. 

José Feliciano has been acclaimed by critics throughout the world as "The greatest living guitarist." Referred to as "The Picasso of his Realm," José Feliciano's accomplishments are repeatedly celebrated. Guitar Player Magazine awarded him "Best Pop Guitarist," placing him in their "Gallery of the Greats.

As a singer, José bridged musical styles in a way that has never been equaled and is recognized as the first Latin Artist to cross over into the English music market, opening the doors to others who now play an important part in the American music industry.

Gallo Pinto

Gallo Pinto es una comida de Costa Rica. Es del arroz et de los frijoles. Fue nombrado en San Sebastián, cerca del capital de Costa Rica, San José. Se come en todos las comidas.

Por hacer

Ingredientes

1 taza de arroz blanco cocido
1 taza de frijol negro cocido, escurrir y enjuagar
1 / 4 taza de caldo de frijol negro
1 cebolla, finamente picada
2 dientes de ajo, finamente picados
1 pimiento rojo picado
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
2 cucharaditas de aceite de sésamo
3 cucharadas de salsa Lizano (o salsa picante de verduras)
De cilantro fresco
Sal y pimienta fresca al gusto negro

Instrucctiones

1- Se sofríen en la mantequilla la cebolla, el chile, el culantro

2- Cuando están muy crujientes se les agrega alguno de los ingredientes extra

3- Se agrega el arroz y se fríen un poco todos juntos para mezclar sabores

4- Se agregan luego los frijoles

5- Se dejan un momento en reposos tapados los ingredientes con el fin de que se unan sabores y el arroz se moje con el caldo de los frijoles

6- Se sirve inmediatamente.
