Baila Salsa!
Vamos el baile de salsa el próximo lunes, y aquí está alguna información. Hay seis clases de baile de salsa. El primero es la salsa cubana se llama "Casino". Tambien hay: Rueda de "Casino", Miami "Casino", Colombiano/Cali Salsa, Salsa de Nuevo York, y Salsa de Los Angeles.
< Es el juego de piernas básico de Salsa. Soy emocionado para bailo salsa, porque me gusta mucha bailar, y me gusta la O Ultra Lounge y la musica latina. :)

Alicia Alonso
As we discussed in class, Alicia Alonso es una bailarina muy importante en Cuba y en todo el mundo. Ha ganado muchos premios incluyendo:

Gallo Pinto
Gallo Pinto es una comida de Costa Rica. Es del arroz et de los frijoles. Fue nombrado en San Sebastián, cerca del capital de Costa Rica, San José. Se come en todos las comidas.
Por hacer
Ingredientes
1 taza de arroz blanco cocido
1 taza de frijol negro cocido, escurrir y enjuagar
1 / 4 taza de caldo de frijol negro
1 cebolla, finamente picada
2 dientes de ajo, finamente picados
1 pimiento rojo picado
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
2 cucharaditas de aceite de sésamo
3 cucharadas de salsa Lizano (o salsa picante de verduras)
De cilantro fresco
Sal y pimienta fresca al gusto negro
1 taza de frijol negro cocido, escurrir y enjuagar
1 / 4 taza de caldo de frijol negro
1 cebolla, finamente picada
2 dientes de ajo, finamente picados
1 pimiento rojo picado
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
2 cucharaditas de aceite de sésamo
3 cucharadas de salsa Lizano (o salsa picante de verduras)
De cilantro fresco
Sal y pimienta fresca al gusto negro
1- Se sofríen en la mantequilla la cebolla, el chile, el culantro
2- Cuando están muy crujientes se les agrega alguno de los ingredientes extra
3- Se agrega el arroz y se fríen un poco todos juntos para mezclar sabores
4- Se agregan luego los frijoles
5- Se dejan un momento en reposos tapados los ingredientes con el fin de que se unan sabores y el arroz se moje con el caldo de los frijoles
6- Se sirve inmediatamente.
